Idea #41: Clean Sidewalks

Many countries are trying to develop their images in cleanliness and other hygienic issues, and one of the ways to do this is by making the first impression for tourists extremely positive. This means that the overall look of the major cities have to be clean and 'happy', and the way to do this is to clean the sidewalks so that they are spotless.

There are a couple of companies who for example clean chewing gum off sidewalks but as large cities get larger and wastefulness becomes more and more common, there's always need for another service provider in this field.

Idea #20: Pest Control

I have to say, this next business idea is not for the weak minded and people who have anykind of dislike for pests. Pest control is a big business and as houses get older and people want to keep them in good shape, there's a big market for taking care of emptying houses from unwanted residents. There are even TV-shows on this subject and that makes it clear that it's a very relevant thing. Most people will not do this job because lots of us find pests unpleasant. That's why people are willing to pay for you to take care of some dirty business.

Idea #13: Shiny Windows!

Every house has windows and they have to be cleaned once in a while. Starting your own private windown cleaning business has a huge potential to bring in serious cash. The costs at the beginning are very small and that makes the risk factor clearly lower. It's stated that private window cleaners can make even 60K a year which is quite a bit considering the nature of the job and working a 6-8 hour day gives you an opportunity to visit many customers in just one day. Cleaning windows is also one of those things in which the saying "learning by doing" really is a fact. The more you do it, the faster and better you become and the more customers(=revenue) you get.
