There are lots of people unemployed even though most of them could probably find somekind of a job somewhere. Most companies are also ready to hire more employees but their problem is not finding the perfect candidates. Companies might not have the time to look for them and unemployed people don't possibly have the desire and urge to look for a good job.
Starting a web-based program or webpage that gives employers and potential employees the possibility to interact and offer their services in both directions could be a gigantic success because it makes the process on hiring people or getting a job so much easier. People could see online all the available jobs and apply for the ones they choose to. After that the companies choose, based on reported info including for example competence(experience, education etc.), which applicants they wish to interview/hire.
